Matthew E. White e Flo Morrissey juntaram-se para gravar um álbum de versões. Este trabalho verá a luz do dia no próximo 13 de janeiro e terá o selo da Glassnote. O primeiro tema apresentado é uma versão de “Look At What The Light Did Now”, um original de Little Wings.
Este novo disco terá versões de “Suzanne” de Leonard Cohen, “Colour of Anything” de James Blake, “Thinking ‘bout You” de Frank Ocean, “Grease” dos Bee Gees ou “Sunday Morning” dos Velvet Underground (ver lista completa abaixo).
No início do ano, White já se tinha juntado com Natalie Prass para gravar uma canção chamada “Cool Out”. Agora a dupla é com Flo Morrissey. Ouça aqui “Look At What The Light Did Now”:
